Probably the first fake-news comic I ever drew. Written as a prequel scene for Expecting, but it's a "one scene fits all continuities" model.
Takes place in the old-old-school TDS era, with Steve Carell and the early version of "Stephen". Compared to the TCR model, he's less angry; he's more giggly; he's less tense. He still has that sense of "a fool who has spent most of his life not playing the fool", but he doesn't keep the same tight grip on his emotions; he isn't repressing as hard.
Also, his suits are cheaper, and his hair is a lot fluffier. And he's probably a lot more exhausting when Jon has to rein him in personally all the time.
Awww! I love that version of him! The fluffier hair, less-angry tone, more frequent smiles. Anyway, great job on this, great expressions and color- is that a faint little blush? Nice. And I like this comic style- where being startled = hair standing on edge. Awesome!

I don't have to be crazy to run. The voices in my head just tell me to do it.
