The WTFness of DA's policy change has hit a new level. You can't upload artistic/nonsexualized nudes of 16-year-old characters. You can't upload artistic nudes of adult characters who were ever portrayed as underage in canon. And you can't upload artistic nudes of adults who happen to look similar to characters who were ever portrayed as underage in canon.
So the goal of this contest is to flood DA with naked pictures of those few people that are left.
