From Bart Simpson issue #12, in a story titled "An Anime Among Us". As it sends up every anime cliche that a mainstream audience would understand, Smithers dons a mahou shoujo uniform to protect his boss.
Old lineart, but I liked the concept enough to pull it out and color it. Admit it, it's adorable.

When I first saw this scene (as I was a big fan of Sailor Moon at the time), my first reaction was "This takes the piss out of everything I ever loved from this show. And I loved every second of it."
