He was there all along, just not nearly so...obvious X3 Any time Stephen gets insecure or anxious, then orders himself "Shake it off, Col-bert!" - that's usually him talking to Stevie.

Local News Stephen's expression with the dopey eyebrows is PERFECT and I love Daily Show Stephen's fluffier hair!

When I see this I see a box of Stephens who need to be adopted. I might go for the classic Stephen, but War on Christmas!Stephen is cute too.
